Hi Coco,

Today is my birthday, and as I take a moment to reflect, I keep coming back to one thing I’m so deeply grateful for: this work.

Supporting families, especially moms who are in the thick of it, has been the greatest privilege of my life. I know how overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely it can feel to parent a child who struggles with big emotions, daily battles, and a different way of experiencing the world.

But I also know this: connection changes everything.
And I believe—with my whole heart—that every family deserves peace.

That’s why Vicky and I have been quietly working behind the scenes on something new. After years of offering webinars, masterclasses, and 5-day challenges, we wanted to create something more meaningful.

More supportive. More real.

We’re calling it:
Battles to Breakthroughs: Less Yelling. More Peace. Real Connection.

It’s not your average parenting workshop.
It’s a space to learn, but also to connect.
To feel less alone.
To talk things through with other moms who truly get it.

Over 90 minutes, we’ll teach you practical tools rooted in brain science and compassion. Throughout the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to break out into smaller groups, share stories, and begin to imagine what putting this into practice could actually look like in your own home.

In the meantime, we’d love to hear from you.

If you’re willing, hit reply and tell us:
👉 What’s a recent “battle” you’ve had with your child that left you feeling stuck, defeated, or just plain weary?

No need to make it pretty.
We’re listening—and we’re holding it all with care.

Over the next few weeks, you can expect to receive more emails than usual from us. We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to join us.

Thanks in advance for your patience and kindness as we spread the word.

If it’s not the right time for you, or you’re just not interested, feel free to simply delete the emails. No worries at all—we’re so grateful you’re part of our community.

From one mom to another: I want you to have what I have now—the tools, the support, the peace of mind. The road may still be hard, but it doesn’t have to feel so lonely.

Thank you for letting me be part of your life—and for being part of mine. It means more than you know.❤️

With so much love and respect,

Coco

P.S. You’ll hear from us a little more than usual over the next few weeks—we’ve created a new kind of workshop, and we don’t want you to miss the chance to be part of it.
