In addition, one of our community parents asked a few important questions, and we're happy to provide you with the answers:

Who Can Attend? These sessions are open to everyone interested in learning more about ADHD and connecting with our supportive community. You're welcome to invite your spouse, roommate, or teenager – anyone curious about ADHD is welcome!

What is the Format? Both sessions will follow a live Q&A format via Zoom. There won't be any formal instruction; instead, you'll have the opportunity to ask anything you'd like about ADHD—from what it is and how it's diagnosed to best practices and strategies for managing it at home, school, and work.

Will It Be Recorded? No, the sessions will not be recorded. We aim to create an open and inclusive space for discussion where everyone can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences without concern for recordings.
